AI for Public Benefit Lab

We study, design, and evaluate human-centered AI, especially large language models, to expand access to social services, strengthen civic participation, and support well-being. We pair rigorous experiments with real-world pilots and open resources so AI is safe, equitable, and measurably useful for people and communities.
